About Chandra Krohl

Over the course of her career in human resources, Chandra “Chandi” Krohl has managed multi-million-dollar payroll and compensation budgets for firms with as many as 300 employees. Most recently, Chandra Krohl handled talent management and acquisition as senior vice president of talent for a large Washington, DC, firm, developing an HR scorecard that helped reduce monthly reporting times by 80 percent.

Earlier in her career, Chandi Krohl spent several years as director of human resources for Kastle Systems International in Falls Church, Virginia, and as director of talent management for QuadraMed in Reston, Virginia. She holds a bachelor of arts in English literature from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and a master of business administration in business and organizational development from George Washington University.

A member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Ms. Krohl is certified in the Korn Ferry Leadership Global Competency Framework. Outside of work, she stays involved with her community as a member of the Arlington Public School’s Facilities Committee.
